Hypnotherapy for Health
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
My Hypnotherapy Practice is based in Addlestone, Surrey.
I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy with the Quest Institute and now work for the Quest on a consultancy basis, assisting students in completing the Diploma course. I am a Registered Member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
Prior to becoming a Hypnotherapist I worked for 20 years in the field of mental health as a Social Worker in both Hospital and Community based services. I trained for 4 years in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), before moving into the field of Hypnotherapy. I am currently doing a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I have experience in working with a wide range of problems, however I have a particular interest in working with problems such as low self esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety fears and phobias.
